AT8A/B Serial GPIO/AD Controller
The AT8A/B series is an 8-bit microcontroller that uses EPROM as memory, designed for applications in multi-IO products such as remote controls, fans, lighting control, and home and gaming peripherals.
It employs CMOS technology and offers significant advantages to customers, including low cost and high performance.
The core of the AT8A/B series is built on a RISC (Reduced Instruction Set Computing) architecture, allowing for easy editing and control, with a total of 55 instructions. Most instructions can be completed in one clock cycle, with only a few requiring two, enabling users to easily control various applications through programming.
This makes it very suitable for various applications that require low memory capacity but are complex.
Adopt a dual-frequency mechanism, both high-speed and low-speed oscillations are generated by an internal RC oscillator.
Under the dual frequency system, the AT8A/B series can select from multiple operating modes such as Normal, Slow mode, Standby mode, and Halt mode, which can save power consumption and extend battery life.
Additionally, there are two MTP models, BM and BE, serving as program memory types that can be reprogrammed.
The BE model features EEPROM data storage capabilities.AT8TM/TE Touch/AD Serial Controller
The AT8TE/TM series is a touch-enabled MCU with multiple touch IO, PWM, and IIC/SPI/UART communication interfaces.
It uses a CMOS process to provide customers with significant advantages such as low cost, high performance, and high resistance to electromagnetic interference.
The TE/TM series all use MTP as the program memory space. TE has EEPROM for data memory.
It features built-in variable frequency oscillation, allowing flexible selection of output frequency ranges suitable for various nebulizer components, and it can also finely tune the output frequency to handle component deviations in nebulizers. Additionally, it has a built-in debugging simulation circuit that can achieve most functions of an online simulator using just two pins and minimal external hardware.
The accompanying development tools, including the simulator and programmer, as well as the corresponding software, are all available to customers.
